In addition to over 8 years in the fiberglass pool industry, Ashley has over 25 years of broad business experience covering professional and commercial accounting, management and business development. Ashley is a qualified CPA and holds a Degree in Commerce and a Masters in Business Administration. Ashley has been instrumental in establishing Leisure Pools in the United States having moved here permanently with his family in January 2003 and now heads Leisure Pools USA in his role as Chief Executive Officer

Paul Pusztay: Director Business Development (Shareholder)
Paul has extensive experience in business development and has a successful track record building companies. He founded the RMA Investment Group in Australia in the early 1990’s and from humble beginnings, transformed RMA to be one of the most respected companies within the Australian property market.
Alex Gilmore: Marketing
Alex has over 15 years of construction experience plus he has graduating from Texas A&M Corpus Christi, majoring in marketing, with honors. He brings a unique understanding of construction, building and marketing and will head up the sales and marketing activities for the company.
